How to use essential oils?
Essential oils come in pure form and need a carrier. That means that before using an essential oil it has to be diluted with a neutral carrier oil, skin cream, moisturizer or massage oil.

Essentials oils can also be diluted by mixing a few drops into shampoo, body wash, bath water or cleaning product.
Add a few drops to water reservoir of diffuser or humidifier for room aromatherapy use.
If you use essential oils from citrus fruits, then the sun should be avoided. Citrus fruits can cause Phytophotodermatitis, “Margarita photodermatitis” which is a chemical reaction making the skin hypersensitive to ultraviolet light.
