A beauty cocktail
4oz. apricot and 4oz. peach nectar, 5oz.mango juice and 4oz.low-fat milk. Good for the skin, because of the vitamins A and C and carotene an optimal protection against free radicals. The calcium and phosphorus from the milk is good for bones and teeth.
Good mood cocktail
1 mashed banana, 5oz.apple juice, 8oz. apricot nectar, and 2 tbsp. sea buckthorn (health food store). This cocktail contains everything you need for a good mood such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, magnesium, potassium, and serotonin.
Immune defense cocktail
10oz. tomato juice, 4oz. beetroot juice and 2oz. lemon juice. If you feel a cold coming: the lycopene in the tomatoes, the flavonoids in red beets and vitamin C strengthen the immune system.
